MAYOR SSEBALAMU MOSES: WOBULENZI’S BIGGEST THIEF AND NUP’S WORST BETRAYER – HE MUST GO!

Wobulenzi Town Council is suffering under the disastrous leadership of Mayor Ssebalamu Moses, a man who has turned his position into a personal business empire. Instead of serving the people, he has been busy stealing public funds, awarding himself government tenders, and betraying the party (NUP) that helped him win power. His actions have left Wobulenzi in a state of poor service delivery, corruption, and political fraud.

A MAYOR WHO LIED HIS WAY INTO POWER

Ssebalamu stole the NUP card from the rightful candidate, Serunjogi Samuel, and used it to climb into power. But the moment he secured his seat, he abandoned NUP and its supporters, cutting all ties with the party and refusing to return to the NUP headquarters. Instead, he is now openly working for NRM, deceiving the people who trusted him.

CORRUPTION, FRAUD, AND ABUSE OF OFFICE

Ssebalamu’s leadership has been nothing but a disaster for Wobulenzi. Here’s how he has destroyed the town council with his selfishness and greed:

  • Stealing Public Funds: Taxes collected from hardworking citizens disappear under his administration, leaving town projects stalled. Roads remain poor, markets are struggling, and healthcare is in shambles.

  • Awarding Tenders to Himself: Instead of allowing fair bidding for government contracts, he gives tenders to his own people, ensuring that money remains in his circle rather than benefiting the public.

  • Using His Office for Personal Gain: His leadership is no longer about serving Wobulenzi but about enriching himself and his close associates.

  • Even Stealing from Ordinary People: Shockingly, Ssebalamu was accused of stealing a goat from Katikamu, proving that no resource is too small for his greed.

A BETRAYAL OF NUP AND ITS SUPPORTERS

One of the biggest betrayals was his public mobilization for NRM in Wobulenzi Taxi Park, where he invited Minister Kaboyo as chief guest without consulting the NUP leadership. Instead of fighting for change and standing with the people, he is now working to strengthen the very system that oppresses Ugandans.

This proves that Ssebalamu used NUP supporters for his own benefit and abandoned them the moment he got power!

WOBULENZI DESERVES BETTER – SSEBALAMU MUST GO!

The people of Wobulenzi have suffered enough under corruption, dishonesty, and betrayal. The NUP leadership is already searching for a new flag bearer to replace Ssebalamu, and it is clear that he must be kicked out in 2026!

IT’S TIME FOR CHANGE!

✅ Ssebalamu has failed Wobulenzi.
✅ He has betrayed NUP and its supporters.
✅ He has stolen from the people he is supposed to serve.
✅ He must be removed in 2026!

Wobulenzi needs a leader who will fight for development, transparency, and progress—not a corrupt politician who only works for himself!
