:KANYANA EZRA: THE TRUE VOICE OF VULNERABLE WORKERS IN UGANDA
Kanyana Ezra: The Voice of the Vulnerable Worker – A New Era for the NRM Workers’ League (2025–2030)
Good afternoon to all Workers’ Leaders across Uganda,
In every district, every town, and every factory floor, there are thousands of hardworking men and women—the backbone of our economy—who rise each day in search of survival, not privilege. These are the vulnerable workers: underrepresented, underpaid, and often unheard. Today, a new voice rises to stand for them—Kanyana Ezra, a man of the people, aspiring to be National Chairman of the NRM Workers’ League 2025–2030.
A Champion for the Forgotten Worker
Kanyana Ezra does not come from privilege. He is not disconnected from the real struggles our workers face. He is one of them. His journey is a testament to resilience, humility, and an unshakable commitment to transforming the lives of workers who have been left behind for far too long.
He understands that Uganda’s prosperity cannot be built without protecting and empowering its workforce—those in informal sectors, casual laborers, domestic workers, boda riders, market vendors, and factory hands. These are the real heroes of our economy.
What Kanyana Stands For:
- Representation with Purpose: Kanyana believes in bringing the real voices of workers to the decision-making table—not just elite interests. Every district matters, every worker counts.
- Decent Work & Fair Wages: He will push for policies that protect workers' rights, ensure fair pay, and promote safety and dignity at workplaces.
- Empowerment through Skills: Through advocacy and partnerships, Kanyana aims to bring skills development programs to grassroots workers, so they can grow beyond survival to stability and success.
- Health and Social Security: He will fight for affordable health access and social protection schemes for the most vulnerable in the labor force.
Why Support Kanyana Ezra?
This is not about titles. It’s about service. It’s about standing up for the single mother cleaning office floors, the youth hustling on the roadside, and the elderly still working to feed their grandchildren. Kanyana represents a leadership rooted in the people, not above them.
He is a true son of the soil, who knows that real change begins when leaders speak for those who have no voice.
To All NRM Worker Leaders:
Let us support one of our own. Let us unite behind a man who carries the pain, the passion, and the potential of the worker in every heartbeat. With Kanyana Ezra as our Chairman, the NRM Workers’ League will rise—not as a political formality, but as a powerful force for justice, opportunity, and dignity for all Ugandan workers.
